ARTISM
Art is the right, Art is the power
Deadline: November 6th
Introduction
What is Artism: Artism is a large-scale public art exhibition open to everyone, held once a year for three days (scheduled right after the reading break each fall). The exhibition invites art submissions from all students and staff, which are then displayed across the campus. We together create "unfamiliar" spectacles in familiar surroundings, making our everyday spaces more diverse, dynamic, inclusive, and harmonious. read curatorial statement

No professional technique required, and no restrictions on the subject matter, form (such as graphic design, painting, drawing, illustration, sculpture, crafts, installations, photography, performance, interactive, new media, film, etc.), media, or size of the artworks. The exhibition site almost covers all public spaces on TWU campus, including back forty. Artists are free to choose wherever is appropriate for them to set up their works.
